Air Conditioning
Available free of charge. The hotel has a centrally controlled air condition system (set to 23 – 26°c in room/apartment). No heating in the apartments.
Safety Box
- We recommend that you use the safety box in your room for all your valuables. Please use your apartment key card to activate it the first time.
- The hotel does not assume any responsibility for items not kept in the safety box.
- For your safety, we recommend that you close the balcony doors and windows at night and whenever you leave your apartment/room.

Room Cleaning
Happy Baby & Royal Suites, Lollo & Bernie Suites and Royal Welcome Package:
- Cleaned every day between 8:30 and 15:30.
- Please let us know at the Help Desk if you'd like your apartment cleaned at a specific time.
All other apartment types:
- Cleaning between 8:30-15:30.
- No cleaning service available after 22:00.
- Two non-cleaning days per week: Wednesday and Sunday
- Note: If you’re travelling unspecified, only one apartment cleaning is included. Cleaning service can be booked at the Help Desk.
Fresh Bath Towels & Bed Linen
Would you like fresh bath towels and/or bed linen? Place your used towels/linen on the bathroom floor. You can exchange your used pool and beach towels for fresh ones at the Help Desk.
Pool & beach towels are only washed upon request to minimize water usage and negative impact to the environment.
Please place the used towel in the basket in your bathroom and we will change them. You can also pick up fresh pool and beach towels from the Help Desk.

Royal Family - Suite or Welcome Package
Have you booked a Royal Suite or Welcome Package Royal? This is included in your room:
- Welcome Package: Fruit, snacks & beverage.
- One Beach Bag: Our gift to you! Make the best use of it during your holiday before you bring it home.
- Daily refill of water.
- Nespresso Machine with 4 coffee capsules with daily refill.
- Two extra cleaning days.
- Bathrobes for the whole family.
Pillow Menu:
- For Royal Suite guest - choose your preferred pillow directly from the closet.
- For Welcome Package Royal guest - simply call Help Desk with your request and we will deliver it to the room.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is permitted in designated smoking areas outside the hotel entrance. It is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, balconies and terraces.
