At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga and inspired, by the traditional Vinyasa Yoga system. Yoga practice soothes your body and mind while excercising mobility, strenght and balance. The Mini Stars Show is where our youngest guests get to dance to their favorite songs on stage. At the rehearsals with the show team you get to practice on your performance and pick out a costume for the evening from the special Mini stars wardrobe. We meet up again in the evening and perform the show on stage! The duration of this activity varies, depending on the number of participants. Duration will be provided at the start of the rehearsal.
