At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Lollo is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. Her best friend, Bernie, is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. During Lollo or Bernie appearance they will walk around the hotel area to greet all children.  Come and meet them!

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Be a star for a night! In this activity teenagers have the chance to perform an act of their own choice. Please come prepared with an act, the showteam will help you rehearse and develop your idea. The songs we use during the activity has been cut down to shorter versions. The duration of the activity depends on the numbers of teens participating.

This class provides functional fitness training for the core muscles. Core is perfect to combine with other classes or as an individual choice. Show up 5 min before class starts. At this class teens are welcome to participate.

Bring a camera or phone and join our selfie game! Take a selfie with different objects and collect as many points as you can.

Power Pilates is a fun, sweaty and up-beat Pilates class. You will work through different sequences of movements inspired by Pilates and Barre which will really challange your muscles. The class is a great strength and flexibility workout for the whole body. Show up 5 min before class starts.

The Mini Stars Show is where our youngest guests dance to their favorite songs on stage. During rehearsals with the show team, you'll practice your performance and choose a costume from the Mini Stars wardrobe. We meet again in the evening to perform on stage! The duration depends on the number of participants and will be given at the start of the rehearsal. Rehearsal is mandatory. When participating in/signing up for this activity you will donate 1 EUR to Save the Children. Thank you!

After a day of rehearsals, it's finally showtime! Our amazing stars have been practicing with the Show Team and are ready to shine on stage. Come and cheer on both the youngest guests and the teenagers as they perform their favourite songs in a joyful and heartwarming show. The show is followed by Mini Disco and hug session with Lollo & Bernie.
