At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Lollo is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. Her best friend, Bernie, is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. During Lollo or Bernie appearance they will walk around the hotel area to greet all children.  Come and meet them!

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Come and celebrate with us when Lollo turns a year older! What a better way to celebrate a birthday than to throw a party with birthday gifts, songs, dance and games! During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children. Light refreshments and beverages will be provided during this activity. When participating in/signing up for this activity you will donate 1 EUR to Save the Children. Thank you!

Please make individual reservations for both the guardian and the child participating in this joyful practice. Family Yoga offers quality time together with no pressure to achieve anything — everyone participates according to their own ability. The class follows a story that runs through the entire session. This show is all about good vibes and happiness. The show team will dance like crazy to songs like ”Footloose” and ”Push it” and hopefully get you in a sentimental state with songs like ”Everywhere” and ”Right here waiting for you”.
