At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.
