Lollo & Bernie Visit

Book a visit to your room by the friendly giraffe Lollo or her friend Bernie the bear, and give the little ones a highly appreciated holiday surprise.

The Lollo & Bernie Visit are prebooked from home. Last minute visits can be booked locally at the Help Desk, subject to availability. A visit by Lollo or Bernie is included when booking the Lollo & Bernie Suite. The choice of mascot and exact time is booked on location, usually before lunch. The visit lasts about ten minutes, and if you are lucky, perhaps Lollo or Bernie brings a little present.

The days when Lollo or Bernie can come to you visit are on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, subject to availability.
